TRADITIONAL ALSATIAN RECIPES

We would have been so happy to welcome you in Strasbourg and offer you excellent fine cuisine and traditional specialties. Unfortunately, this virtual edition won't allow us to do so.

To give you a flavour of Strasbourg anyway, we propose you a few easy-to-do traditional Alsatian recipes that you can try at home and share with your colleagues during MICCAI.

MICCAI 2021 is proceeding with a virtual conference!

As many of you know, the MICCAI 2021 organizing committee and the local team in Strasbourg have been hard at work planning the conference for years and as much as we would love to get together in person in Strasbourg, the safety and well-being of our participants are our top priority. We are an international society and although some areas of the world are seeing great improvements, other areas are still struggling. Because a number of aspects of the conference need months to plan and we didn't want our constituents to book travel and have to cancel later, we have decided to cancel the in-person components of the conference.

But don't worry! There are a number of awesome things we have been working on and are so excited that everyone will be able to participate in them together!

The dates will remain Sept 27 - Oct 1, 2021 as will the incredible lineup of speakers, workshops and presentations.

In the weeks ahead there will be a number of emails showcasing what we have planned, along with a few surprises, so watch out for those as we share even more great news about MICCAI 2021 - it's going to be awesome!"

MICCAI 2021 paper registration extended to February 22

Dear colleague,

Due to multiple requests as a result of severe power outages in some parts of the world, we are extending the MICCAI 2021 deadline for paper abstract and title registration (intention to submit) until Midnight, Pacific Time, February 22, 2021.
The full paper submission deadline will remain March 3rd.

Submissions (both intention to submit and full paper submission) are handled via CMT.
We'd still appreciate receiving your intention to submit early, if possible. Please note that the submission form requires a lot of information to fill out, so do not leave it to the last minute! The information you fill out can still be updated until the full paper submission deadline March 3.

Kind regards,
The MICCAI 2021 Program Chairs.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The Covid-19 pandemic and related sanitary measures are in constant evolution, and we are monitoring the situation very closely. MICCAI 2021 is most likely to take place as a hybrid event allowing both online and onsite participation in Strasbourg, or a fully virtual event. The reviewing process will take place normally, all the accepted papers will be published in the proceedings, and all the authors will be able to present their work, either in person or online.
All the necessary sanitary measures will be taken to preserve the health and safety of the participants to the in person meeting.
Any updates in the organisation will be posted on this website.

CMT IS NOW OPEN TO ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS

The intention-to-Submit deadline is Feb 19, 2021. Different from previous years, MICCAI 2021 is promoting scientific reproducibility. Toward this end, authors are required to complete a reproducibility questionnaire on the submission form at the time of submission.
